Shipping Information


We primarily use UPS as our shipping company for most of our warehouse locations.

Some of the heavy machine products (such as KeenCut media cutters) will be shipped by FedEx or Fed Ex Freight (truck).

Tek-Line Products reserves the right to ship "Best Way" and at the lowest cost to our customers.

Returns Policy

No products will be returned without an RMA -Return Material Authorization Number. You must call us 800-668-7831 and receive an RMA number prior to returning an item.

All of Tek-line Products equipment and media carry the express warrantee from the manufacturer.

Only products that are deemed by the manufacturer as a product defect will be allowed to return to a specified shipping source from the manufacturer or Tek-Line Products.

All Media roll or sheets can not be returned unless it has a defective coating or has been wrongly labeled at the factory.

Any opened Media unless deemed defective can not be returned.

Any opened inks can not be returned.

All shipping damage is the sole responsibility of the customer to file a shipping complaint direct with the shipper.

All of Tek-Line Products are shipped F.O.B.

There will be a 25% restocking charge if the customer is not satisfied with the product within 25 days of shipping.
All re-stocked media and equipment will be shipped at the customer's expense.

While we will try our best to satisfy all customers we urge you to set up basic ICC profiles for paper media using the manufacturer's recommendations to get satisfactory results.

Since Ink-Jet printing results are highly subjective we can only accept returns for physically damaged paper media.

Color matching is the responsibility of the customer, and can best be achieved by using the manufacturer's ICC profiles.

Tek- Line Products is only responsible for the products shipped to you and not for any claims against you from your customers.
